A: The case-mix is described with major diagnostic categories, derived from the diagnosed related group (DRG) system used in France. The appearance of cases of pregnancy and neonates is due to the implementation of these activities in 2006. The major increase in digestive cases is due to the implementation of a new activity of proctology in 2009. B: The increase in patient over 80 year old is due to the enlargement of the geriatric unit in 2006.
